Hi friends! I'm finally back from Japan! I've put together a super cut of my Instagram stories, iPhone videos and a few drone clips from my trip.
It isn't my full cinematic video from my big camera, but I thought I'd update you with something at least. I've been busy catching up on work & emails and have finally got time to start editing all my content from Japan.
To give you an idea of what I brought back (29 days):
4754 Photos @ 900GB
1542 Video files @ 1.7TB
I've spent close to two weeks going through the footage so far and making selects and I'm still only on day 11 of 29 haha. Please be patient. It is a lot of work. Not that I've made a lot of films so far, but this is easily my biggest project to date.
I've started to select and batch edit all my photos so I'm going to post photo sets from each leg of my journey: Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima & Tokyo starting this week. I also have a few other ideas for blog posts I want to write in between these photo sets. During that time I'll be working on my Cinematic Japan video, so hopefully that will be done by the time the photo series / blog posts have run it's course.
I also want to run a proper Q&A session, where I'll collect the best questions and back link you all on my blog, so stay tuned for that.
Thanks for following my adventures!
