PRINT INFORMATION:

All prints are genuine photographs shot & edited by ITCHBAN.

Each print is individually made to order.
Prints are full bleed, edge-to-edge (no white borders).
Frames are not included.

It is recommended to carefully let the prints flatten out over 1 or 2 days before mounting or hanging.

Please be careful of handling each print by hand (especially with the Matte prints) to avoid damage.

Sizing: for a better idea of sizing please look at the sample images in the gallery to the left. The last few sample images have a person holding the print up to give you a better idea of the sizes.

LUSTRE VS MATTE:

Lustre is between a gloss and matte finish. I recommend this finish for most display scenarios as the colours are vibrant and the details are clear.

Matte - Museum-quality matte paper print is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper. Recommended for rooms which receive a lot of light to minimise reflections on the print. The matte finish is higher contrast and has deeper blacks for a bolder look.

Shipping is $10 USD flat rate - worldwide.
Additional prints in single order - add $5

Each print is carefully handled, rolled & shipped Kraft tubes to ensure a safe delivery.

Currently due to Covid19 & other restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Liberia, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Panama, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen, Iran, Crimea, Syria, North Korea.

RETURNS

We take great pride in our artwork and want them to look great in your homes & art collections.

If there are any issues with your orders please contact us within three days of delivery.

If there is any damage or defects please let us know as soon as possible. Please send an image of the issue along with your order number & name to shop@itchban.com and we will replace the print at no cost to you.

As each print is made to order, we are not able to accept returns or offer a refund due to change of mind.

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct in your order as we are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details.
