How to choose video FPS settings (video)

Which setting?? 24p, 30p or 60p?

Hi friends! As you all already know, I've been getting more and more into video. One of the most confusing things when starting, was getting my head around which video FPS setting to use, as each setting has it's usages and advantages/disadvantages.
